Designed and optimized personalized online stores for Gira Bem clients using Figma AI to explore merchant-facing interfaces faster. Used Claude Code to help prototype and generate visual concepts for personalized promotional gift mockups. Conducted customer interactions and UX research to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvements. Contributed to user guides through both written and video formats, helping customers understand and adopt the platform. Suggested product and experience improvements based on customer feedback, UX observations, and operational needs. Created commercial presentations and visual materials to support business development and client conversations.
